Pilates holiday: Pilates and Cooking in Italy - Italy

Every year So Pilates takes a group of food, wine and Pilates enthusiasts to Cascina Papaveri in Northern Italy for a week of relaxation and enjoyment.

This year we will be there from April 19th to 26th for a Spring Season break. You can join us for the whole week (Monday to Monday) or a long weekend (Thursday to Monday)

Cascina Papaveri is in our opinion the best equipped Pilates retreat in the world. The hosts, John and Robyn, make you feel at home from the moment you arrive and as usual we can't wait to go back!

Our visit is priced at a fantastic 50% off usual villa rates at €900 for the week or €600 for the long weekend. Prices are per person based on two sharing. There is a single supplement rate available and the price includes:

All food and drinks- including Cascina Papaveri's own wine, from the vineyard in front of the Pilates studio.Daily Pilates group sessions and one to ones, including a fully equipped Pilates studio set at the side of the indoor swimming pool.Italian cooking experience sessions with Gino the chef. Learn to cook fresh, delicious Italian food- most of it grown and harvested in the gardens at the side of the villa!Use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room.Wonderful en-suite accommodation in the beautiful restored villa with 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.

The price does not include travel, transfers or insurance. You will need to book your own flights, arriving at Genoa, Turin or Milan and we can advise or even arrange the simple transfers if enough of us arrive on the same flight (usually the case!)
