Pilates holiday: Yoga & Pilates Winter Sun Holiday - Egypt

A fantastic yoga holiday set in Dahab, an oasis on Egypt's Red Sea coast. This small town overlooks a necklace of coral reefs - the second most extensive reef system in the world. As well as daily yoga, pilates and relaxing we offer a unique opportunity to climb Mount Sinai, try scuba diving, or venture into the Sinai desert on an Arabian horse.

Classes will be with Rose-Marie Sorokin, B.A., Dip BWY, fully qualified international Yoga and Pilates teacher with 25 years experience. There will be a variety of classes including Flow Yoga (creative and easy-to-follow sequences), Evolution Pilates (Rose-Marie's unique style of Pilates, excellent for core stability and tension in back/neck/shoulders), Meditation and Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra). All classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
