With our hectic schedules and busy lifestyles, it’s hard to find a moment to de-stress and chill out. This practical session to give you tips on how to relax your class after a hard Pilates lesson. We will cover the use of the Pilates Franklin massage balls to help release bodily tension. The workshop covers different breathwork techniques, creative visualization and how to meditate. A great tool to use on yourself or for private clients and group classes. You will feel like floating out of this lovely relaxation class.
